Curriculum Vitae Prof. Dr. med. Thorsten Dill

Prof. Dr. Thorsten Dill wurde in Hamburg geboren. Er studierte Medizin  an der Universität Hamburg und der Freien Universität Berlin. Von 1994 bis 1999 war er in der Medizinischen Klink des Universitätskrankenhauses Eppendorf in Hamburg tätig. Das Angebot an eines der größten Herzzentren in Deutschland zu gehen, nahm er 1999 an und wechselte an die Kerckhoff-Klinik GmbH in Bad Nauheim.  Er absolvierte die Prüfungen zum Internisten 2001 und Kardiologen 2003 und habilitierte an der Universität Giessen 2006.  Er leitete über zehn Jahre eine wissenschaftliche Arbeitsgruppe zur Kardialen Bildgebung und gilt für diesen Bereich, ebenso wie für die Behandlung des akuten Myokardinfarktes als national und international anerkannter Spezialist. Er ist Mitglied in nationalen und internationalen Steering Committees und Gutachter diverser Journals. Er ist Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC) und Mitglied des wissenschaftlichen Beirates der Deutschen Herzstiftung. Nach langjähriger Tätigkeit als Oberarzt und geschäftsführender Oberarzt wechselte er 2010 als Chefarzt der Medizinischen Klinik an das Sana-Krankenhaus Benrath.

Curriculum Vitae Dr. med. Markus Siekiera

Dr. med. Markus Siekiera  wurde in Stettin geboren. Er studierte Medizin  an der Universität Hamburg und Würzburg. Von 2005 bis 2013 war er in der Klinik und Poliklinik für Kardiologie, Pulmologie und Angiologie der Universität Düsseldorf tätig. Das Angebot Oberarzt und später Leitender Oberarzt am Akademischen Lehrkrankenhaus der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf zu werden, nahm er  2013 an und wechselte zum Augusta Krankenhaus Düsseldorf.  Er absolvierte die Prüfungen zum Internisten 2010 und Kardiologen 2014 und promovierte  an der Julius Maximilian Universität Würzburg 2009. Er erwarb die Zusatzbezeichnungen der Notfallmedizin und Internistischen Intensivmedizin, war jahrelang als Notarzt der Stadt Düsseldorf tätig.  Er leitete wissenschaftliche Arbeitsgruppen als anerkannter Prüfarzt und  ist Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), sowie Mitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Kardiologie (DGK).  Seit vielen Jahren ist er als Berater und Proctor in CIED (Cardiovasular Implantable Elektronic Devices) bekannt. Nach langjähriger Tätigkeit als Oberarzt und leitender Oberarzt wechselte er 2021 zur Medizinischen Klinik an das Sana Krankenhaus Benrath.
